Assessment

The assessment is made up of the following components:

Mid-Semester Test

The mid-semester test will be held during the Thursday Lecture in week 7. More information and preparatory material will be made available closer to the time.

Project

The project is described here. The project consists of both a written component, and an in-lab test.

Exam

The exam will be part of an anonymous assessment trial. It will consist of 20 multiple choice questions  worth 30 marks, and 3 long answer questions (of which you must do two) worth 15 marks each. There are 60 marks in total for the exam. You will have two hours and 10 minutes. A sample (half) exam is available here.
