    Parking

    Success in parking at The University of Western Australia very much depends on the time of day and year. During teaching semesters, parking on the campus itself requires a parking sticker, but there is some public parking around the periphery of the campus - some of which is free. All parking, on and off campus is free between the hours of 5.30 pm and 8.00 am (weekdays) and at all times on weekends, during which time no permit is required.

    Visitor parking (metered) can be found near the School of Computer Science & Software Engineering building in car-parks P17 and P20. During semester breaks, visitors may park for free in yellow-permit (student) parking bays. The nearest yellow-permit bays are in car-park P15 off Fairway. Kerb-side parking (free) is available along Fairway but fills early in the day (by 8am).
