How to publish a UWA CSSE Technical Report
How to Publish a UWA CSSE Technical ReportAs researchers, one of our tasks is to generate knowledge resources that other people can actually benefit from. The CSSE technical report series is intended for early publication of research, and for the publication of extended versions (including, for example, full proofs or experimental results) of research papers. CSSE Technical Reports are not peer reviewed. However, technical reports are a permanent record of the School's research and should not be used for work which does not meet reasonable publication standards. Research students should have their report reviewed by their supervisor before submitting it. Members of the School are reponsible for ensuring that they do not breach copyright rules by publishing their work in technical report form. All members of the School are also encouraged to put linked copies of their work onto their webpages, and where relevant on their research group's web pages. Work-in-progress papers should also be published in this way. Create an abstract using the proforma .htm file Abstract-05-xxx.htm and the paper as a pdf (you may use the following sample Latex proforma for CSSE technical reports and here is the PDF file generated from the proforma). Mail the paper and the abstract with a title and the authors to webmaster[at]csse.uwa.edu.au requesting for your technical report to be placed on the report page. |
